The originally CAD-based software is applied in the GDZ to achieve improvement regarding all bitonal images. Due to the macro and batch functionality a fully automated treatment of the images is possible. The standard automatisms like cleaning, adjustment and positioning of the images can occur over night.
A special feature of the software is the DocWash function that is applied exclusively in the domain of order and reprint because of the more complex handling. However - it enables an optimization of problematic scans of pages with water stain and fox marks, print through, written notes, etc.
